10/10 would recommend! This is the second time I’ve used this company, and they’ve been excellent both times. The first time was a few years ago for a full shingle replacement. Most recently, I called them back to repair my flat roof and gutter system after a rough winter caused pooling and a leak. They came out the very next day to assess the issue, which I really appreciated. The team was professional, polite, and their pricing was extremely fair. Because of the weather, the job required multiple visits but their communication was consistent, clear, and reliable throughout. They always showed up exactly when they said they would, which is rare these days. It’s hard to find a trustworthy company for major home repairs, especially when so many are overpriced and underdeliver. The team from Alter Phase roofing did a superb job on my roofing project. During the initial assessment, they actually took the time to walk my roof and identify all my trouble spots and provided reasonable repair options for me to consider. Other contractors that I vetted, would either send up a drone or use a Google maps view to evaluate the roof condition. I prefer the hands on approach when it comes to inspection, which Alter phase roofing did from the get go. Project price and time line were clearly communicated every step of the way. Amazing service. Mark responded within minutes of sending a message on Yelp. It was a weekday evening, and he said he could come by for a free estimate within 15 minutes. Mark arrived, did a thorough inspection of my roof and gave me a very reasonable price. He came back the next day and completed the work (replacing about 10 missing roof shingles and removing some moss). He also took before and after pictures to confirm that work. I'm always hesitant working with contractors for fear of being upsold, but Mark was honest and didn't try to pressure or sell anything extra that I didn't need. If i can rate this company Alter Phase with a 10, i would defently give them a 10+... I had to replace my whole roof. Mark and his brother replaced a broken glass in the skylight on my roof. They did excellent work in a short amount of time. They were reasonably priced. They saved me quite a bit of money and time as I originally thought I would need to replace the whole skylight but I didn't have to do that. From the estimate to the project completion everything was done quickly and professionally, within a few days. Communicating every step of the way. Quick, reliable and does OUTSTANDING work. We had a leak on our roof and made calls and left messages. They were the only company that called me back with in 10 min, they gave me an appointment the same day to come out and check out our roof. When we agreed to use them they were back here in 2 days to replace the roof and did an amazing job. They were friendly, knowledgeable and answered every question we had with confidence. Marke and his team did an excellent job on replacing my roof! He and his brother came to my house, climbed up the roof to investigate the condition unlike other contractors which were only using a drone to take pictures. He gave me honest opinion and options for replacing my roof. Great communication and very easy to work with during the whole process. The price is also fair comparing to other roof contractors. Everyone I dealt with at this company was quick to reply, professional and efficient. I reached out them one evening due to a leak in my roof. I have been using Alter Phase between 2 properties for about a year now. I thought they only did roofing which was the 1st job I hired them for in early 2025. I couldn't be there but my brother and one of my tenants said they are very professional. This company was perfect - they were responsive, flexible and reliable. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and took great care of our property, including the rose buses right next to the house we were afraid could be damaged. Shout to Mark and crew! Last snow storm did some damage to the gutters and fascia and needed replacing/repair. Mark came out same day I called, inspected and gave me a price, I put down a deposit, and his crew got everything done within a day. New gutters look great and fascia fixed.
