Clients reviews about Alter Phase Roofing Contracting

10/10 would recommend! This is the second time I’ve used this company, and they’ve been excellent both times. The first time was a few years ago for a full shingle replacement. Most recently, I called them back to repair my flat roof and gutter system after a rough winter caused pooling and a leak. They came out the very next day to assess the issue, which I really appreciated. The team was professional, polite, and their pricing was extremely fair. Because of the weather, the job required multiple visits but their communication was consistent, clear, and reliable throughout. They always showed up exactly when they said they would, which is rare these days. It’s hard to find a trustworthy company for major home repairs, especially when so many are overpriced and underdeliver. This team exceeded expectations, and I’ll absolutely continue to use them in the future. ~ zindy m

The team from Alter Phase roofing did a superb job on my roofing project. During the initial assessment, they actually took the time to walk my roof and identify all my trouble spots and provided reasonable repair options for me to consider. Other contractors that I vetted, would either send up a drone or use a Google maps view to evaluate the roof condition. I prefer the hands on approach when it comes to inspection, which Alter phase roofing did from the get go. Project price and time line were clearly communicated every step of the way. Demolition to installation and post work clean up was handled with care and professionalism. I highly recommend Alter phase roofing. ~ Bronxthirdfl

Amazing service. Mark responded within minutes of sending a message on Yelp. It was a weekday evening, and he said he could come by for a free estimate within 15 minutes. Mark arrived, did a thorough inspection of my roof and gave me a very reasonable price. He came back the next day and completed the work (replacing about 10 missing roof shingles and removing some moss). He also took before and after pictures to confirm that work. I'm always hesitant working with contractors for fear of being upsold, but Mark was honest and didn't try to pressure or sell anything extra that I didn't need. When it is time for a new roof, I am absolutely coming back to Mark. Would certainly recommend. ~ Samantha D

I had a great experience with Alter Phase Roofing. From the beginning, they were professional, courteous, and very easy to work with. They did an excellent job replacing my roof, and the quality of their work really shows. The crew was efficient, paid attention to detail, and left the property clean when the job was completed. Their pricing was also very reasonable and fair, which I really appreciated. I’m very happy with the finished roof and would definitely recommend Alter Phase Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and fairly priced roofing contractor. Great job! ~ Argjent M

They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, excellent work from beginning to end! I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone who needs roof repairs or a new roof because it’s not always easy to find a roofing company that you can trust, but this team made the entire experience easy and stress-free. I’m very pleased with my new roof and the overall experience!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ~ Altin C

I called for an estimate for a new roof. The price they quoted was way below two other estimates I received. I was also told that it would take 1-2 days to complete. Everything Alter Phase Contracting Inc promised was delivered. They gladly supplied me with their licensing and insurance information. The warranty is printed on my receipt. My entire new roof was done in one day! They left the property spotless. The owner was courteous, professional and upfront about the project from beginning to end. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone. I’m loving my new roof! ~ Denise L

I recently had my attic fan replaced, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Mark and his partner were professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was installed properly and efficiently. The new attic fan is working perfectly. They left the area clean and completed the job quickly with no surprises. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality roofing or ventilation work. ~ Angelo C

If i can rate this company Alter Phase with a 10, i would defently give them a 10+... I had to replace my whole roof. Not only they were on time, true to the estimated time they gave me to finish the job, they worked nonstop and explained to me every step of the job and the materials they were using, and cleaned the whole area spotless. Mark, Loni and his team are above and beyond recommended by me! The best part is they treat you like a family with kindness and respect... Thank you guys for a well done job! ~ Effie V

Mark and his brother replaced a broken glass in the skylight on my roof. They did excellent work in a short amount of time. They were reasonably priced. They saved me quite a bit of money and time as I originally thought I would need to replace the whole skylight but I didn't have to do that. From the estimate to the project completion everything was done quickly and professionally, within a few days. Communicating every step of the way. I am happy with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work. ~ Sylvia I

Quick, reliable and does OUTSTANDING work. We had a leak on our roof and made calls and left messages. They were the only company that called me back with in 10 min, they gave me an appointment the same day to come out and check out our roof. When we agreed to use them they were back here in 2 days to replace the roof and did an amazing job. They were friendly, knowledgeable and answered every question we had with confidence. Needless to say I would recommend to anyone who maybe need their roof repaired or replaced ~ Nicole P

Marke and his team did an excellent job on replacing my roof! He and his brother came to my house, climbed up the roof to investigate the condition unlike other contractors which were only using a drone to take pictures. He gave me honest opinion and options for replacing my roof. Great communication and very easy to work with during the whole process. The price is also fair comparing to other roof contractors. I will definitely contact Alter Phase Roofing Contracting again with any roof related issues in the future! ~ Chi C

Everyone I dealt with at this company was quick to reply, professional and efficient. I reached out them one evening due to a leak in my roof. They coordinated with me immediately and made an appointment for a free quote the following morning. By the following evening, my roof was repaired. They spoke with us in morning to go over the issue and give us a quote and were able to return that same afternoon to complete the work. I'm very glad I went with this company and will keep their information for future services. ~ Samantha M

I have been using Alter Phase between 2 properties for about a year now. I thought they only did roofing which was the 1st job I hired them for in early 2025. I couldn't be there but my brother and one of my tenants said they are very professional. Recently I had an emergency situation where I needed a job done quickly and I just asked if they did brick and concrete work also. They said they can do it and they did an excellent job in a timely fashion. I will definitely use them again. ~ Tarence F

My garage roof is beautiful. I watched as Mike and crew worked, observed the great care they took in addressing every detail. I have never seen work performed with a more conscientious and professional regard. They were absolutely fastidious in the cleanup process. They even offered to make small cement repairs that they noticed around the perimeter of my house and never asked for additional payment. Five stars aren't nearly enough to indicate the superlative work that this company provided. ~ Richard E

This company was perfect - they were responsive, flexible and reliable. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs and took great care of our property, including the rose buses right next to the house we were afraid could be damaged. They did our roofing job in a few hours, exactly as planned (we had front porch roof replaced). We’ve had major rain since the job - no issues. If we ever need our main roof done, these guys will definitely be picked! ~ Matthew L
