The team from Alter Phase roofing did a superb job on my roofing project. During the initial assessment, they actually took the time to walk my roof and identify all my trouble spots and provided reasonable repair options for me to consider. Other contractors that I vetted, would either send up a drone or use a Google maps view to evaluate the roof condition. I prefer the hands on approach when it comes to inspection, which Alter phase roofing did from the get go. Project price and time line were clearly communicated every step of the way. Amazing service. Mark responded within minutes of sending a message on Yelp. It was a weekday evening, and he said he could come by for a free estimate within 15 minutes. Mark arrived, did a thorough inspection of my roof and gave me a very reasonable price. He came back the next day and completed the work (replacing about 10 missing roof shingles and removing some moss). He also took before and after pictures to confirm that work. I'm always hesitant working with contractors for fear of being upsold, but Mark was honest and didn't try to pressure or sell anything extra that I didn't need.
